Careel
House.

Careel House was a new – custom-build project of JJ Building Co. founder and Principal, Joel Jones.

Architecturally designed by Richard Cole (Arch.) for optimal liveability. The home is spacious, modern and luxuriously expansive, yet retains a somewhat contained privacy and a sense of humility.

The build is Part B of a dual-residency block. For this reason, considerations such as noise reduction, privacy and symmetry were paramount to the brief and design phase, throughout the process of construction, material usage and selection of finishes.
